This team won't spend a lot of time trying to convince you that they are good, so don't expect a lot of fluff. You can expect a candid, knowledgeable assessment of your property and the current market as well as solid recommendations for individuals/businesses that can handle all affairs related to buying and selling a home (appraisers, mortgage providers, pest control, etc.). Summary:

I haven't used Ron in a long while, but have know him and his family for many years. After much frustration with other realtors, I asked Ron to help. He sold my house for much more than any other realtor was willing to list it for.

Be careful who you list with; you need someone who will listen to reason and more importantly, be INTERESTED in the value of your home and your circumstances while possessing the experience to shoot straight.
