    Bought a home in 2014.
    Seth Brothers have been so much helpful in aspects of my home buying. This being my first house and with least experience in home market, Kunal was patience enough to explain every terminology involved in the process.

    Sold a home in 2013.
    I have done business with several other agents and honestly these guys are the best. this is why I love them and eager to do business with them again: 1. they are very organized which saves a lot of time. Houston market is so competitive, time matters most to grab the best deal. these guys work till late night to give the best deal. 2. they are very responsive, even if they are having lunch or dinner they will spare their time. 3. they do not think for a quick sell and make money. in few cases I liked the house and willing to put a good offer but they did a good analysis of the area and suggested not to buy the home. 4. their presence is enormous: I purchased a HUD houses, they negotiated to below $20-30K below market price. Buying a HUD house is not a joke, they spent all their time to work, work and work to save money money and money for me. when required they paid from their pocket rather so that the process wont get delayed. they went beyond their responsibilities to make the deal happen. 5. truthful: they are not that kind of people who will say you everything is good about a house to make quick money. sometime they spent a lot of time to come and show a house over the weekend but they let me know that this house is not worth buying. they not only have the local knowledge but they have very good builders knowledge which helps a buyer to know something about the house before you spend money to inspect a house.

    overall, working with them I felt like that they are a part of my family, believe them like real brothers of my own.
