Bought a home in 2013.
About a year ago, when deciding how to proceed my remodel, my wife suggested I call Conrad who she deemed the "neighborhood expert." Instead of giving me his opinion in 30 seconds or less, he met me at my home and spent almost an hour reviewing my ideas and explaining the pros and cons. So when I recently saw a moving truck at the house across the street, I immediately thought of Conrad and called him. He investigated and got me an answer quickly, and we put in a contract before the house hit the market. The house had issues and Conrad jumped right in and worked through the items systematically until all was resolved. He did so without me asking and with an upbeat attitude. I have owned six homes and an apartment building and never have I received the service from a Realtor that I received from Conrad and his team. His knowledge of the market and of construction in general, his helpful attitude, and his professionalism are very refreshing in this day and age. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Lakewood, CO.
We used to think there wasn’t much of a difference between realtors…that is, until we met Conrad Steller. After recently trying to sell our house with another realtor (it sat on the market for 90 days with no offers), we listed with Conrad and were immediately impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
