The seller of our new house was in a foreign country and had enlisted a very inexperienced and low cost listing agent. Fortunately, the experience of the Tiemeyer team was able to compensate for the limited abilities of the listing agent and "get the deal done" within the standard contract timing and at a price that was appropriate for the condition of the house. Real estate services truly are a situation where you get what you pay for.
In the sale of our house I was unable to attend the closing and Jill was able to arrange and navigate a power of attorney agreement in partnership with the title company, enabling the desired closing date for the buyer to be fulfilled. Jill came into the office on a Saturday to allow the assignment to happen, which we were very appreciative of.
Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Tiemeyer team to anyone, regardless of your status as a first time buyer or if you have bought and sold many homes. You will be impressed with the team and look back at a great experience.
Worked mostly with her daughter Trish Tiemeyer (buyer's agent) who worked with us and our schedule. She quickly understood what we were looking for and planned our viewings of the listings in a manner that was productive in our limited time frame. She answered all of our phone calls or returned messages within minutes. She was so much fun to work with. Everyone we worked with on the Tiemeyer Team worked in a professional manner from our beginning the hunt for the right house to giving final advice at closing.

I was impressed with Mary Beth the first time I met her. She exuded a confidence that both my wife and I was impressed with. That was why we chose her and we are happy that we did. She was direct and professional in manner. Held no punches on what we should do to get the house ready for sale. The best part is that she had a list of professionals to do everything that was required. Always conscious that we shouldn't spend more than necessary to get the job done.
We listed the house for sale on Friday and by Sunday had quotes for sale. Mary Beth knew what to do and the bids came in over what we expected.
I can't praise Mary Beth without mentioning Harry. Harry is the guy that get things done. He arranged all the side work; cleaning, painting, wall repair, carpet and kept us in boxes for packing and storage. Jill at the main office was also great after the bids. She handled all of the administrative side with professionalism and speed.

Not only did she help us find a rental home on a tough tough market in plano within a week, and made sure all contract stipulations were in our favour and worked with the property manager to ensure all our rights as tenants were covered, she also advised us to not buy property that was not in our interest in the long run.. she could have made a sale and easy commission on a 400K peice of land that we were very interested in once, but because the back-side faced a busy street she immediately advised us to not go for it. Hence again I am a FAN! Marybeth treats you like family! and so she givea advice that is real and in your best interest.
