I specialize in expired listings and Real Estate Photography because as an ex Culinary Graduate I know that people eat and buy with their eyes first! That is why it is so important to have photos that bring the subject to life and leave a lasting impression on buyers looking online. I have noticed that when sellers hire me to sell their home and I am the second or sometimes third Realtor taking the listing they usually let me know how much more traffic their home is getting vs. the previous listing. I enjoy helping my sellers obtain the best sales price and helping them find their next home rather it be downsizing or upsizing.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Moore, OK.

I was going to originally going to list my house in July and Tom came I and was very honest with me and told me I needed to do some work if I wanted to sell quickly. He gave me a list of things to do and when I had called he took the best pictures I have ever seen and my house had tons of showings and sold in three days. If your on the fence about a realtor tom is great and very professional. Best most knowledgeable realtor I have ever dealt with  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Midwest City, OK.

I was an out of state seller, so never met Tom personally. We did business over the phone. His photography and video skills were awesome! He or his assistant were always available by phone or called back within 1 hour. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell in Oklahoma!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Yukon, OK.

Tom and his assistant Stephanie are the best. When my home sold faster than I thought it would, I was facing a 90 day window in which to find a new home and get moved into it. They not only helped me find a home, they referred me to a lender who was exceptional. They were there day and night helping through the process, setting up appointments to view homes that met my schedule, and helping me write a offer that would give me what I wanted, but would be accepted queickly so I could get the financing I needed done quickly. My deadline for leaving my old house was 09//19. Because of their help I was able to close on the new house on 09/08. giving me plenty of time to move. I can't thank them enough. I have already recommended them to my friends and co-workers and I can honestly say I would recommend to anyone looking for a home  More Less
