The Treu Group is changing the business model for successful real estate sales in Martin County. Not only do they outperform on days on market, but their ability to get top dollar beats the rest. Even the local "experts" can't hold a candle to Lisa and Steve.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Delray Beach, FL.
Something magic about the way Lisa presented our home in Delray Beach. There was none of the hassle we had selling previous homes, and it sold before I could think about whether we had made the right choice. We listed the house in November, and were out and into our new home on December 10, 2012, with our sale in the morning and purchase of Lifetime Care just a couple of hours later and everything went so smoothly we even had time for lunch with our wonderful buyers! Sold a Cooperative home in 2013 in West Palm Beach, FL.
I recently sold my home after listing it with The Treu Group. It was on the market for about 5 weeks, during that time I had a steady stream of prespective buyers. Of all the properties I have bought and sold this transaction was the easiest and most pleasant. I received a phone call every Thursday with an update.
