Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Delray Beach, FL.
Something magic about the way Lisa presented our home in Delray Beach. There was none of the hassle we had selling previous homes, and it sold before I could think about whether we had made the right choice. We listed the house in November, and were out and into our new home on December 10, 2012, with our sale in the morning and purchase of Lifetime Care just a couple of hours later and everything went so smoothly we even had time for lunch with our wonderful buyers! We have recommended Lisa Treu to several friends who could not believe how quickly their homes were sold. I wonder, did I tell them about her brownies? Her staff were ALWAYS available!

Sold a Cooperative home in 2013 in West Palm Beach, FL.
I recently sold my home after listing it with The Treu Group. It was on the market for about 5 weeks, during that time I had a steady stream of prespective buyers. Of all the properties I have bought and sold this transaction was the easiest and most pleasant. I received a phone call every Thursday with an update. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Stuart, FL.
They say selling your home is the third biggest stresser in life. That may be so with other realtors, but not with the Treu Group. Working with Lisa Treu was just a joy from start to finish. I have bought and sold several homes and never has the experience been so professional. From the time the sign went into the ground until the last signature was placed on the closing documents, everything went like clockwork. Their staff is extremely professional and friendly and always had time to answer my questions. The price we got was above the asking price and the entire process went smooth as silk. Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2012.
Lisa listed our apartment for sale, and within three weeks we had three offers. The apartment sold for slightly more than the asking price. I have recommended Lisa to a friend of mine who is getting ready to sell a home she owns. Sold a home in 2012.
We had heard nothing but positve things about the Treu group on Radio ads. When we decided to sell our house, the Treu group was our first choice. Immediatley they were at our house to get the ball rolling. Within the first week of having our house up for sale we had 3 solid offers! Lisa Treu went above and beyond to get us to our goal! Words cannot thoroughly express how impressed we are and how much we appreciate what the Treu group did for us. We highly recommend this group and wish them the best!

Sold a home in 2012.
I'm sometimes not the easiest person to help, but Lisa and SteveTreu, Kristian, Chris, and all of there staff where extremly helpful, polite, very professional, understanding, and patient. They knew what they were doing, and made the whole process of a short sale go as smoothly as possible. They understood the inner workings of a short sale, and were more than willing to go the extra mile to complete the sale . If I ever needed a realtor to help sell or buy a piece of property again, I would not hesitate in a minute to use or recommend the Treu Group. Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
When i listed my townhouse, I expected to have it on the market for at least 60 to 90 days. I was completly blown away when Lisa Treu sold it in 5 days. The sale went very smooth and fast.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $75K in North Palm Beach, FL.
The Treu Group is far more than just a real estate group. They are true trusted advisors, who make selling a property a turnkey situation. We have partnered with them on several real estate transactions that have all gone smoothly with the best possible outcome. They only work with the highest quality partners for mortgages, inspections, title, etc. so you know if they refer someone, you can count on them. The most recent property Lisa Treu sold for us was upside down and required a short-sale under challenging circumstances. Lisa and her team were able work out a deal with the bank and find a buyer to resolve the situation quickly and to our satisfaction. We would absolutely recommend them and will work with them again in the future.

When my husband's new job necessitated a brisk move out of state, I knew we needed a realty team that got results. Mind you, this was in the worst economic slump in 50 years -- Palm Beach County has been devastated by foreclosures and bankruptcy. I didn't hold out much hope for an easy sale. Imagine my astonishment when Lisa and her team had not just one offer but half-a-dozen on our house in ONLY FOUR DAYS! We got the call as we were driving to our new state that our house was already sold -- and it was even for more than our asking price!
