When we moved to Albuquerque in 2007 Tracy and Tego listened closely to our wants in a house and found our dream home in less than 3 days. So when it came time for us to move away we contacted them again. They helped us get our house ready, advertised in the right market, and within 2 weeks we had our buyers. We don't think there are any better realtors in Albuquerque. We are thankful to them.

When we moved to Albuquerque in 2007 Tracy and Tego listened closely to our wants in a house and found our dream home in less than 3 days. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Vista del Norte, Albuquerque, NM.

I met with a few realtors and decided to go with The Venturis because of the agent's follow-up. Annie Jaques was great, I followed her suggestions and my home sold on the first showing! The buyer's realtor was a nightmare, but Annie had the knowledge and resources to get us through the challenges. Sold a home in 2015 in Torreon, Estancia, NM 87016.

I contacted Tracy and Tego Venturi because I heard an advertisement on the radio. Despite going into the arrangement with high expectations (given their radio advertisement), Tracy and Tego Venturi surprised me by exceeding those expectations. What makes them unique is that they have highly skilled and educated individuals working behind the scenes ensuring that everything flows smoothly and quickly. Most agencies place low paid entry level individuals in the office to do the behind the scenes "grunt" work. Tracy and Tego must recognize that those people fulfill a critical function. For example, we worked with a Realtor assigned to the listing by Tracy and Tego, but we also worked with someone named "Talia" in the front office who was extremely responsive, educated, polite, and honest (she quickly took responsibility for an error only she was aware of instead of trying to cover it up as most people in the industry do and we came to trust her enormously). We were not the easiest of clients given that we changed our minds on a home at the last minute. Realtors cannot always be available since they are assisting other clients as well. We understand this fact. We were delighted, however, that Talia was available anytime and was able to perform miracles for us in terminating our offer on one home and assisting our realtor to make a new offer on another home faster than any other buyer. We have the home of our dreams as a result of the quick response Tracy and Tego's team to get our offer on the table. The home we purchased was one that was placed back on the market for only a couple of days before we snatched it up. I have since discovered that many other people in the area wanted the home that we purchased, but apparently they did not get their offers in fast enough. I think I should also mention that Tracy and Tego's team sold my home. We like to brag to others how our home was sold in less than a week after it was put on the market, but it was only partially due to our home being priced right. A large part of our success was Tracy and Tego's marketing strategy. The pictures are professional and the listing was quickly and widely distributed across many internet websites. I suppose Tracy and Tego's team can take credit for our home being priced right as well since we listed our home at the price they recommended. I probably failed to mention that we got full price for our home. That's always nice. Not to brag, but I also got a great deal on my home as a result of some good negotiating by my realtor, Annie. The home appraised for $43,000 more than the amount I offered and paid for it. Not too shabby.  More Less
