Hi – Vacant lots in this area are listed from $30000 to $90000. Prices are dependent on lot size and the availability of utilities. Unfortunately there have been no sales in this area in the past year and there are about 40 lots currently for sale. Rio Rancho is still experiencing growth but the Rio Rancho real estate sales have been show.
