Be sure and connect with a local real estate agent who is knowledgeable in the area in which you are wanting to relocate. These days many things are done via e-mail & scanning so once you have given the criteria to the agent they can send you listings in the area that may interest you.  Make sure you have an agent who is going to maximize their services and take care of your needs on your schedule! Sometimes a team is great because there are two agents working for you!
