Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Herculaneum, MO.
Rodney and Jen sold our home recently and we cannot speak highly enough in regards to their professionalism/attitude/genuine concern for their clients. They accomplished in a very reasonable amount of time what every "big" real estate company in Jefferson County could not do- sell our house for a realistic price! Honestly, if you are in the market to either buy or sell a home then skip the rest and go with the best- Rodney & Jen Wallner!!!!

Bought a home in 2011.
Rodney helped us purchase our first home. As first time home buyers, we weren't completely sure of what we were looking for, the price range or the home buying process. From start to finish Rodney was enthusiastic, timely, helpful and encouraging. He helped guide us through our indecisiveness and find our perfect first home. Sold a home in 2011.
We had our home on the market for two years without any interest until we met the Wallner team. They guided us through some subtle improvements to help the house show better. Then they started their marketing plan for our house. We closed on the sale five months later. We were absolutely ecstatic. The Wallners brought a level of energy, enthusiasm and knowledge of the market that we were extremely impressed with. We would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Crystal City, MO.
Hardest working agent in the business. In this terrible market he sold my house in 2 weeks. There are houses in my neighborhood that were foreclosures thus much cheaper than mine. Mine sold before any of the same style forclosures and for almost $20k more!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Fenton, MO.
I purchased a house using Rodney as my agent. I met him at an open house and although that house wasn't exactly what I was looking for, he remembered what I wanted and called me the next day with a house that was perfect for me. We met 10 minutes after I called him (during a snow storm) and we closed on the house four weeks later. I would definitely recommend him to friends.
