Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Orlando, FL.
Christine DiAngelis was recommended to me through a friend who had recently purchased a home with her help. I sent her a text and we set up a meeting to talk about what I was looking for. I did some research and brought her houses I wanted to see. She was able to rule some out right away because she didn't think I would like the neighborhood or because of things listed on the secret realtor sheet that I wasn't privy to as a buyer. She humored my pickiness when she took me to a house that had everything I said I had to have, but I just didn't feel like it was the one. I remember feeling this panic that I should love it because it had everything on my checklist, but I just didn't Christine didn't push me and actually made me feel better by telling me that I would know the one when I saw it and we would keep looking until we found it. She kept an eye on the neighborhoods I loved and talked me into seeing a house I was iffy about. It ended up being "the one" and we called the lender from the kitchen at 7pm. Christine and Jen (my awesome lender!) said they would make it happen and Christine made sure to keep me in the loop through the whole process. I closed on what I am 100% is the perfect home for me on November 1 and I could not be happier. There is no doubt in my mind that I wouldn't have found this home without the care and attention that was given to me by Christine (and Jen!). I never felt like a $ sign with them and I will whole-heartedly endorse them both to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.…More Less
