Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in South Lake Tahoe, CA.

Summary:

Brandon was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. His knowledge of South Lake Tahoe is unparalleled and he gave us honest pros and cons regardless of the prices of the properties we looked at. He also knows the vacation rental market well and was able to recommend which neighborhoods and houses would make excellent vacation rentals. He also worked with a local property manager to get estimated nightly prices and nights rented per year for the houses we were interested in.

Beyond his local expertise, he's just a cool guy so it's fun to tour houses with him and work with him on drawing up an offer. We definitely made the right choice by picking Brandon as our agent and I'd highly recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying or selling in Lake Tahoe.…More Less
