WOW, Brian Hermann! What can I say? There is so much I could say, but here is what I think you should know about Brian. Once I had decided to rule out looking for a house, Brian suggested that I might find all the things I wanted in a house, in a condo. His knowledge of the area helped to speed up the process by narrowing down my searches to only those that met my criteria. During the whole process he was always responsive to my needs and questions. He has a very critical eye and would point out anything he noticed that might be an issue. After two months of looking, I found a condo unit that was as close to perfect and in my price range. Once we made and offer, Brian was off and running to make sure the Purchase & Sale, as well as the closing, went off without any problems. Thanks to his attention to details, the closing went well. After the closing, I needed names of local contractors for the renovations and changes I wanted to make to my new home. He was eager to recommend several in the local area with whom he was familiar. Thanks to his hard work, care, respect and impeccable integrity, my home buying experience was made so much easier.
