Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Wilmington, NC.
Jessica visited the 40-year-old residential property we wanted to sell. She made several astute recommendations to update the kitchen and baths that provided a great look at a reasonable price. After the renovations were completed, she came back to inspect and felt the property was ready for market. Within 24 hours, photos were taken and our house was listed on 5-6 real estate websites. The next week we received an offer and, shortly thereafter, closed on the sale.
