Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Maple Valley, WA.
I thought all agents were the same until I met Jonathan. He raised the bar so much higher now that I’ve worked with him. I was in a situation where I found a house that I liked but the land was bank owned and there was no room for negotiation. My previous agent sat back and basically said give them what they wanted. Not satisfied I went out searching for another agent and that is when I found Jonathan on Zillow. I told Jonathan my situation and right off the bat he said he was able to help me reduce the cost through him and his lender. Jonathan came over and explained everything to us in a way we would understand and answered all of our questions. I really felt like he was on my side and was looking out for my interest. He always responded back at least in a few hours if not a few minutes and always very polite. He is detail oriented and very professional. Just like others have said, I will go out of my way to refer Jonathan to friends and family.
I also have to give credit to the lender. Jonathan couldn’t do it all without the partnership his agency has with the lender. They were also very polite and professional. They guided me through every form I needed to fill out and was always a phone call away. Thanks Frank and Kendis.
The only reason why I did not give 5 stars on "Local knowledge" was because I already found the house I wanted to buy so Jonathan did not have to show houses for us. I'm sure he has a very good knowledge of the local area.…MoreLess

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $550K in Kennydale, Renton, WA.
Jonathan easily diffused my stressful transaction of selling my current resident and purchasing my new home. Jonathan was very professional and communicated with me along the whole way while both transactions were happening simultaneously.

I'm young and new to the process of buying a home. Jonathan was extremely friendly and respectful in walking me through it. He was extremely easy to reach and had excellent insights to share each step of the way. When I worked with Jonathan, he made me feel like I was the only client that he had and getting me satisfied and into a home was his #1 priority. If a mad scientist tried to create the perfect real estate broker in a laboratory, he couldn't do better than Jonathan.
I am writing this review after having moved into my new home and I am still deeply satisfied with Jonathan's service. I will recommend him to all of my friends/family as the ABSOLUTE BEST and I look forward to having him over for dinner in the future to check out the improvements I make to the property.…MoreLess
