Born and raised in Covington, GA, Tim found his entrepreneurial spirit while attending Clemson University where he earned his BS in Business. Tim purchased his first investment property at the age of 20 and soon after purchased his first business. After College, Tim was very passionate about entering the corporate world and was highly recruited into several sales and management roles where he always strived to be the best. However, real estate was always on his mind. In 2007, Tim received his real estate license and joined his wife Jennifer in their real estate business as co-founder of The Cowan Connection Team. Tim brings a wealth of corporate knowledge to the business and is a master at contract negotiations. Tim is passionate about ALL things Clemson! Especially Clemson Tigers Football. Tim has served in numerous roles with the Clemson University Alumni Association ( insert link- http://www.clemson.edu/alumni/ ) including President of the Atlanta Clemson Club from 2006-2008 and Alumni National Council from 2009-2010. His volunteer efforts have earned him several awards including: 2007 Alumni Volunteer of the Year and the Golden Tiger award. Tim also serves as an IPTAYrep for Clemson athletics and has done so since 2008. It is very common to see Tim in his ORANGE attire and no matter how far he is away from Clemson University, he always brings a piece of it with him wherever he goes.
