This power team brings their A game! They have great refereneces from home inspectors, mortgage brokes to roofers. Highly recommeded!!! Will plan to refer them to anyone looking to buy along with any future real estate venturs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Northland-Lyceum, Rochester, NY.
A joy to work with, if you have any doubts end them now. If I ever go though the home buying experience again they will be the first I call.
She (Deb) is not afraid to tell it like it is, if something is amiss she will rectify the situation quickly. If a house has damage, she will tell you right away. It's refreshing to meet an agent that doesn't sugar coat everything.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Rochester, NY.
Deb Craig helped my new husband and I buy our first home. I was very nervous about the entire process and she understood my timidness. She paid excellent attention to detail and always responded to my emails and calls when I would start to panic about something. Deb was readily available to me, and never let me feel as though we were alone in the process. She was very re-assuring and knowledgeable. When ever we hit a bump in the road with the seller, she was right on it and always seemed to have a solution when we needed it.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Browncroft, Rochester, NY.
This was the first home I ever purchased. I appreciated Deborah explaining the entire process to me so there were no surprises. She was able to find exactly what my fiance and I were looking for and never tried to pursuade us to look at a house we didnt want or couldnt afford. When we did find "the one" Deborah was at her best. She spoke to the seller and was able to close a deal quickly on the property. She negotiated a great value and saved us a ton on closing costs. I have already recommended Deborah to other friends/family in the market and will continue to do so because of the positive experience I had working with her.

Deborah Craig is great at what she does. She will go up and beyond to satisfy the client. She is not pushy or did not make me feel like I was dumb for answering questions. She equipped me with the knowledge and skills to ask the right questions whether she was there or not. I was confident that she would give me her all. She has a heart of gold and her commitment to helping the customer is dead on. I will and have recommended her to everyone who even hints that they would like to buy, rent or leas a property.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Hamlin, NY.
You will not be disappointed. Dexter is a very professional agent who is on top of the game by far. We appreciated his quick responsiveness to all our calls, questions, and concerns. We always felt like we were his only client (which was not the case obviously). He did his best to see that things went smoothly and quickly even at his own expense. There is so much to say, just be assured he is a wonderful agent and and wonderful person too. You will be pleased.
