Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $575K in Bothell, WA.
Dustin was phenomenal to work with. We were first time home buyers with lots of questions. He took the time to explain the process and helped keep us at ease. He always made time for us. He listened. He really, really listened! He was able to help us navigate our options so that at no point did we feel the need to make a decision without considering all of our choices. It’s a seller’s market right now and Dustin helped us be competitive without being overly aggressive. We did lose a couple of offers before we got our house. Dustin’s negotiations were strategic and dead on throughout the process. In the end, we needed to make tweaks on our side and really let Dustin do what he does best to get what we wanted. He is very well connected. When things didn’t go our way, he reached out to get feedback from others. I was blown away. It’s these type of things that make Dustin an agent that stays on the cutting edge of the market and can react quickly. I now know I wouldn’t want to sit on the other side of the negotiation with Dustin.

Dustin is a great partner to have when searching for a home, or selling one - He has over 20 years experience in Seattle and with both a general contractor and art background, he brings more than just real estate knowledge to the table. He understands the ends and outs of a house (plumbing, etc) and can see the capabilities (from fixer uppers to tear downs). And you will have fun with him during your time together!
Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Fremont, Seattle, WA.
As first time buyers, I was really looking for an agent who was patient, informative, helpful, responsive, and organized. Dustin is all of these things and an overall pleasure to work with. I have already referred him to a colleague and will continue to do so.
Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $750K in Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA.
Dustin was wonderful from start to finish. What I really appreciated was that he took the time at the beginning to really understand what kind of home I was looking for and what I found important in moving forward with the purchasing process. This allowed him to narrow down our options and really get aggressive with the hunt! He did show me a few things that were outside of my comfort zone but without those I would not have been able to see the things that I really love in the home that I ended up purchasing. Dustin is professional with just the right amount of humor and sass which made our viewing trips a delightful treat during the work week or busy weekend. Last but not least, he took care of every detail and also set me up with everything I may need as a new homeowner. I felt safe and secure working with Dustin and would recommend him highly!

Dustin was a fantastic real estate agent to work with throughout my home buying experience. He knew I was very particular in what I was looking for and stuck by me with looking at listings for almost 2 years before I found the place I wanted to call home. He took care of all the details and made it seem as if buying home was actually easy :)
His knowledge of the local market and his ability to work with on a strategy to ensure that my offer of accepted made my first home purchase a delight.
Dustin was recommended to me by a friend. We clicked from our very first phone call. He was attentive to details and coordinated every aspect of getting my condo listed and sold. We had some updates that needed to be completed and he coordinated all of it.
I had tenants in the space when we listed it, and he managed the entire thing.
He was fantastic! So easy to work with and he made the entire process simple for me using esign. I didn't have to make multiple trips to go sign documents. I've purchased and sold three houses, and he is so superior to my prior experiences that I can't imagine using any other agent again for any real estate transaction.
Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $200K in First Hill, Seattle, WA.
I was referred to Dustin after several co-workers had a positive experiance working with him to purchase homes in the Seattle area. I contacted Dustin originally for assistance in selling a condo, he offered options and assisted me with renting out the property until the market allowed us to sell. I have known Dustin to be an excellent resource in buying and selling properties, his previous experiance in managing rentals and as a contractor is particularly helpful. I also appreciate that when my work schedule required me to be unavailable/out of town, Dustin was able to work around this without any hassel. I look forward to working with him to purchase a house one day!

Dustin is extremely friendly, knows the local real estate market very well, and overall was a pleasure working with. I will definitely use him again for future real estate transactions and would recommend him to my friends and family.
Dustin has guided me for the last 18 months through the purchase of two homes as well as the sale of one. He is very professional and an excellent negotiator. He does it all with a level of integrity and charm that puts clients at ease during a stressful process. An all around great guy and I am sincerely grateful to him for the time and energy he has dedicated to my real estate interests.

Would I work with Dustin again?
Would I recommend Dustin?
I would, without hesitation!
When it was time to sell our home, there was only one person that we wanted to work with and that was Dustin! He had been our agent when we bought the property in 2007; back then we were first time home buyers and we were feeling discouraged. We’d been looking on and off for several years trying to locate a house that would fit our budget and our needs but the agents that we’d found had been more interested in making the deal than making us happy.
We knew that we’d found the person who would find us our perfect place, when we met Dustin. He really listened to us; what we liked and what we didn’t like and what we really needed to have a functional environment. He sent us appropriate listings, so that we didn’t have to worry about missing a listing that was right for us or waste our time looking at properties that weren’t going work. When we’d found the house that we couldn’t live without, he helped us navigate the buying process from the making of the offer through the signing of the closing papers. Throughout the whole process he was amazing. He was the calm that kept us thinking clearly. He was always prepared with answers and options. But most importantly he was interested in making sure that we were going to be happy, instead of just closing the deal.
If we had thought that buying a house was a daunting task; the thought of selling a house (our house) was over-whelming! There was no question about it Dustin, was going to be our agent! we looked forward to working with him and we were not disappointed! He had done his research, had recommendations and options. He was prepared and had a plan! So, we felt prepared!
The outcome however was a shocker! The listing for the house went live on a Wednesday, and we were planning to hold an open house the following weekend. When Dustin left me a message later that day, we thought that he was going to chat with us about the details for the open house…but the news was brilliant! The house had a cash offer! And once again, throughout the whole process Dustin was amazing!
