Sold a home in 2011.
Steve is great! He has helped us every step of the way throughout the process for two home purchases. We wouldn't use anyone else! He's very knowledgeable and will be there for ANYTHING you need!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Taylorsville, KY.
We had a very short time frame to find a home that would fit the needs of our family. Steve was able to show us 5 homes in one day that fit those needs with just hours notice. Steve is up to date with all the new technology, which made it easy to get documents through E-mail and sign documents by electronic signature. We are very happy with the services Steve provided and will use him in the future.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Bon Air, Louisville, KY.
First time home buyer and Mr. Elmore explained everything in detail and worked with me on issues. Made the consumer feel very welcome/safe with any decisions. Had some issues with the bank that were not his fault at all, however he was apologetic and worked with the bank as much as was in his power to speed things up. Highly recommend and will use for future purchases.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Iroquois, Louisville, KY.
Steve was fantastic! As first time homebuyers, we lacked a lot of knowledge about the process. Steve was great to show us a lot of homes that met our criteria in many different areas and was always patient as we asked questions, expressed concern, and found the things we liked. Steve was also quick to respond to phone calls, email, and texts. We showed up homes one day, and met us the next with about an hours notice so that we could make an offer. He kept us updated throughout the negotiation process and made numerous phone calls to our mortgage officer to help with the loan process. Even after we had closed Steve followed up with us to see how things were going. He is by far the most courteous and professional person we have worked with on any endeavor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $25K in Wilder Park, Louisville, KY.
I called Steve and he the showed me the property within one hour after I made the call... Wow, now that's service. Once the negotiations were complete with the seller, Steve handled all the required paperwork quickly and guided me through a smooth closing... Thanks, Steve!!
