Sold a home in 2013.
I had a great experience doing business with Exit Project especially with John Lajara. John took control of the process since day 1 and thanks to him we were able to sell our house very fast. It only took 2 months to close the deal. I have to admit that at some point during the process, we were determined not to continue with the process due to several demands from the buyer's attorney. However, there was John offering his support and kind words. He convinced me that this buyer was my best choice.
