I have worked with other realtors in the past and the qualities where Kristy stands above the rest include: her patience, professionalism, and work ethic. Kristy and I probably looked at around 10-15 properties all the while she never lost her enthusiasm to find me the house I was looking for. Throughout the duration of the process, she returned emails promptly and would not hesitate to grab a flashlight to inspect a dark attic or a screwdriver to check the wiring behind an outlet. Kristy Gitlaff is an extremely professional realtor. We worked with Kristy in purchasing our new home in Kenosha,WI. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and also about important issues in buying a home. Kristy was always able to answer our questions and if she didn't know, she quickly found out the information we needed. She maintained regular contact with us and was always quick to respond to our calls and emails. She made home buying process stress-free, handled and organized everything for us.My greatest appreciation is for her communication throughout the buying process.
