Hi Chanora, There are still many options out there for people with not so great credit. You will have to use certain mortgage lenders that could help you out, a lot of banks are more strict.
Hi Mike,You will have to wait for 2-3 years from the date of closing on the property. Once that time is up it shouldn't be a problem getting a loan from any bank or mortgage lender you want. Each company has their own set of rules but you should be ok after 3 years for sure. Just keep your credit good and it shouldn't be a problem. Any further questions, just let me know.Thank you!!
You will need to contact a lender and they will help you out through the process. If you need help selling your condo, just let us know.Thank you so much!
The Zestimate is just a number Zillow uses to try and come close to home values using a computer program. It is not a real value and you don't have to feel it will effect your home price. Your assessed value is a better price for your property and is closer to the value of your property.Thank you,Sean Gitzlaff262-818-1405
I only caught part of your message, it must have sent early. You can email me any questions you have to [hotlink removed by Zillow moderator] Thank you!
You can check the tax records or just call your Realtor you work with.
I agree, 2011 is going to be a great year! I have been selling homes this year like I was about 5 years ago. It's great to see the end in sight!
Yes, If it is to be considered living space as a bedroom it will have to have a closet and a window.
