Ross moved to the United States in 2005 after completing his Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business and Marketing at Cardiff University.       Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Spring Hill, FL.
      Ross got us a respectable offer after one month on the market, we closed 6 weeks following. We consider this a small miracle in a part of FL that's rebounding slowly but is still very sluggish.

      Trust his insight and take his advice, and you won't have a For Sale sign outside your house for over a year, back on and off-chasing the market with price reductions, like you frequently see in Spring Hill and surrounding areas.  MoreLess

      Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2014 in Spring Hill, FL.
      He has our home listed and it has not yet sold but he is optimist and willing to work with us on all levels!!

      He is very knowledgeable about the area and what will sell and what won't. The market got soft recently due to a sinkhole in Spring Hill but he trying to advertise the home well.

      Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $75K in Spring Hill, FL.
      After a death in the family, we needed to list an unrepaired sink hole house that while outdate, was in relatively good condition. We had no intention of representing it as anything other than what it was, and sell it at a fair market value in “as-is” condition. I contacted a real-estate friend in Tampa who had no idea where to even begin, and although she had no actual knowledge of the Spring Hill market or sinkhole house sales, actually suggested “walking away from it” as an option. Instead we contacted Ross Hardy who is intimately knowledgeable of both sinkhole properties and the Spring Hill market. A family member had been equally impressed with his preparedness and professionalism and had listed her home with him as well. Ross was able to show us comparables of sinkhole home sales in the area, and was quite knowledgeable of the marketing and legalities of such a sale. Once we decided to list with him, he and his co-worker, Wendy Harvey, were prompt and flexible and made every attempt to accommodate the special needs we had for the ailing elderly home owner. Once listed at a fair price, we had a buyer in less than two weeks and closed shortly thereafter. I feel Ross Hardy helped to facilitate a fair and ethical sale and all parties felt well-served by his and his staff’s expertise. Now instead of “walking away” from a well-loved family home, we reclaimed a fair sum to apply toward the home owner’s future care, and a new family has obtained a home at a considerably reduced price with plans to restore it.
