Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Spring Hill, FL.
This review is long overdue. My husband and I started looking in November 2011. We're from Massachusetts and I picked Ross merely by the web recommendations. I called and spoke with Ross for over an hour. I explained what we were looking for and between the two of us, we had a list of over 24 homes to look at over a Saturday and Sunday. After seeing the 3rd home, it was a done deal. We now own our home since March 2012. Ross walked us through every step of the way. Because we are out of state, Ross was able to guide us to various service people needed for distance ownership (ie. pool caretaker, general contractor, house keeper, landscaper and pest control). He is positively wonderful! We highly recommend Ross to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. He's extremely knowledgeable, honest and a true professional!

Ross was knowledgable and friendly. He listened well to our wants and did a wonderful job finding homes we would like. When we are ready to buy in this area, he is our agent. No questions.

Ross is a GREAT person not to mention THE BEST realtor in Hernando County! Anytime, night or day, he made himself available to answer any questions I had. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the market to purchase or sell a home!

My wife and I shopped for over a year to find the right place. Ross was knowledgeable, professional, and patient the entire time. He did an excellent job and we would recommend him to anyone.

Bought a home in 2011.
All I can say is that I so glad we found Ross when we came here in April 2011 to look at houses. We could have found any number of good agents, but we were just plain lucky to have found him. Honest, patient (he took us back to the house we ended up buying 4 times before we put in the offier) knowledgeable, personable, always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. You can't go wrong using Ross at either end of a home sale transaction.

Very professional and very knowledgeable about home sales in this market day. Enjoyed working with Ross through out our home sale and then finding our new home. Ross was easy to speak with and made our home sale enjoyable and not so nerve wracking... We would highly suggest to any one that working with Ross will be the best start to selling or buying your next house. Ross has a marketing approach and uses many avenues to sell your home.
