Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in West End, Tacoma, WA.Summary:
Tom was our hero at a very stressful point, our house was sold and we had no house picked out. He made himself extremely available and helped us with some tricky deals that called for finesse, and was an all around professional contrast to our hyperactivity. I absolutely recommend him!

Sale of my previous home:
1. Sale pricing 2. Home staging 3. Exposure (website, newspaper, open houses, craigslist, newsletters, etc.) 4. Negotiations with the buyers and their reps 5. Details about what to expect throughout the process 6. Fair commisioning 7. Flyers were amazing 8. They answered all my questions along the way, and I had many, all with exceptional customer service
Purchase of my new home:
1. They showed me dozens of houses until I found the right one 2. They helped me negotiate the offer, providing expertise consultation along the way 3. This was a short-sale and they had the experience to inform me about what the process was 4. They assisted through all of the negotiations with the seller, their bank, the existing renters, and the inspections. 5. They put in countless hours to ensure we had good representation and all of our questions were answered 6. They even assisted with final details on the day of the move- including ensuring the house was in order prior to our arrival and who to contact to ensure there was no interruption in utilities.
I have no complaints at all- only compliments. In this market having a reliable, highly skilled team of people to assist us through this process was priceless. I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!…More Less
