For me, when I open a listing detail page there are a series of buttons at the top (Edit Listing and so on). There is a drop down arrow on the right of that list and if you click it one of the choices is Cancel Listing. When you click on that it will want you to mark it as sold but you can change that menu to No Longer For Sale. That should do it.
Faye summed it up. If you're having problems dragging and dropping the photos, you may need to update your browser.
When you have the home details pulled up on your screen, you should see an edit button. Click that and choose Claim Home. You will need to answer some questions to verify it is your home. Once claimed, if you refresh the page and click edit again you should be able to pull up the photos. Then you just delete them by clicking the black X in the upper-right of each photo. Good luck!
I would question if it was done properly. Usually it only takes 15-20 minutes. You might also try refreshing your browser she. You're on the property page.
Sarah,Have you tried claiming the listing as the agent and changing the city? I know in the MLS it shows North Aurora. That's weird, I've never seen that type of mix-up.
I agree, but it has gotten better over the years.A lot of homes are pretty accurate but as you say, without seeing the condition of the house, and neighborhood, it's hard for an automated pricing estimate.Best bet, call a Realtor.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the placement of your listing. By default, Zillow does display homes by the amount of time they have been on the site. However, consumers can easily switch to other filters and enter more specific criteria which would then make your listing appear closer to the top.Lastly, you could always cancel the listing in the MLS and re-list the property and then enter it with the new MLS number at Zillow.
You could always go with a local RE/MAX franchise as their split is as close to 100% as you can get.Have you considered just forming your own brokerage?
