"Larry, here are my words about Larry King’s Team: The purchasing of our dream house was a legendary story. My wife and I had been looking for our dream house for almost two years. Nothing really happened until one day, when we drove to a beautiful house located in a nice neighborhood. It was a brick Dumont House with everything we liked from outside, however it was not for sale. We noticed the house next to the house we like was listed for sale listed by Larry King’s team. I called Alan and explained to him that we like the house next to his listing. Amazingly, Alan told me he was sitting in the property we liked and it was his team members Larry’s house. This was the first time I talked to Larry King’s team! From this coincident, Larry and Alan understood what we are really looking for our dream home. A week later, Larry called and told me he had a house he thought we would like. I asked him if the property was currently listed in the market because I knew of all the properties and there was nothing we really liked. Larry said the property had not been listed yet and he suggested we take a look at it. The property catches our eye right away at our first trip and we bought it! My wife and I are much appreciative of Larry King’s team work. They understand what the client’s needs are. John D."

"This was my first time buying a home and the King Team made it easy for me. They explained everything about the process in detail. Alan King got the bank to agree to replace the carpet in the house, so they told me to choose what type of carpet I wanted. I found the carpet at Home Depot but they did not tell me it was a limited item. When Alan called them to have them install it, they said it would be three weeks. Alan took it upon himself to call or travel to several stores in the area to find that carpet. He chose to do this so I could get the carpet I wanted. If I want to sell my house or buy another house I will use only the King Team. They are true professionals! Ocie

"THE LARRY KING TEAM - REALTORS WHO TRULY WORK FOR YOU! We have first hand proof that all Realtors are not the same. Despite the downturn in the housing market, we decided to put our home of 22 years on the market. Our first choice of a Realtor was based on no more than the 20+ years of experience on the realtor's resume. At the conclusion of our 90-day agreement with this Realtor, we were no further along than when the house was first listed. The only open-house was the result of our hounding the Realtor into finally agreeing to hold one. With little advance notification of the open-house, there were only two individuals who dropped by. Both were fellow Realtors. Our Realtor's mantra as to why the house wasn't selling ran something like this...it's an older home, the market is dead, it's not large enough for today's buyers, etc. Enough already! At the end of our 90-day agreement, we phoned Alan King who had helped our son sell his home. In less than one week, the Larry King Team had presented us with a comprehensive business plan designed to aggressively market our home through Long & Foster offices, the Internet, the Richmond Times-Dispatch and other media. They placed their marketing emphasis on the positive features of the home that would appeal to prospective buyers. Next, they scheduled an open-house that was adverised well in advance through multiple outlets. The open-house produced eleven walk throughs. Alan and Larry talked with each of the eleven and determined that at least five were worthy of a follow-up phone call from the Larry King Team. End result....one of the eleven walk throughs purchased our home! An added benefit to using the Larry King Team is their willingness to assist you during the nerve wracking negotiations with the other party. They will seek your input about what terms you are willing to accept, offer their professional opinions and arrive at a set of requests that they will strenuously negotiate for on your behalf. Again, all realtors are not the same. The Larry King Team stands above the multitude of Richmond realtors.
