Bought a home in 2012.
In the fall of 2011 my family and I decided that we were moving to Savannah/Richmond Hill for a new job. I discovered Jason McIntosh simply by searching online and I am really glad that his name popped up in the search. Initially, the job was temporary so we really needed a rental home for one year. However, I only had a weekend to find a place for us to live. Jason was very well-prepared to show us some rental properties and provide information about the area. I am convinced that had it not been for him, I would have needed to make several trips to the area to find something on my own. When the job became a permanent one, I did not hesitate to contact Jason to help us find a new home. Again, he and his wife, Christina, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time showing us countless properties in the area. His website was very helpful and when a home became available that we wanted to see, Jason's response was quick and he took us to see the home almost immediately. When we discovered the place that we wanted, the process went very smoothly. As first-time homebuyers, Jason and Christina ensured that we understood the entire process. In addition, when things did not happen as planned, as is typical, Jason and Christina were able to "roll with the changes" to keep things on track. Showed home in 2012 in Savannah, GA.
The complete professional. Answered all questions in a manner that reflected their knowledge of the Savannah area. I could not ask for more in terms of responsiveness.... all questions, concerns, requests were followed-up in a timely and efficient manner. Sold a home in 2011.
The McIntosh group is the kind of group that gets things done. Period. I recently recommend them to a friend and they worked tirelessly to help him find a second home in Savannah, GA.
