Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Breckenridge, CO.
Roger and Teresa are a perfect example of "professionals". Their communication and expertise are on a level that all realtors should aim for. We looked at homes for 10 months. Roger was always patient and thorough. And although our closing was long and full of hurdles, Roger was always there with a smile and all the correct answers. Anyone should feel comfortable putting their trust and home buying or selling needs in the hands of the "Moen Team".

Sold a home in 2012.
Teresa and Roger took a very arduous task of dealing with unusually difficult buyers (2 different buyers who had made offers on our house we had accepted) and made the results a fair sale of our home. They went above and beyond our expectations when it came to documenting and demonstrating elements with in the sales process we were not able to do personally because of the long distance relationship of this sale. We were comfortable with them representing us and had complete trust in their judgements and recommendations. They thoroughly explained Colorado law to us regarding the sale of property and any questions we had on the written contracts presented to us. We are very happy we had them representing us through this process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Hockessin, DE.
We asked Roger and Teresa to help us find a condo in Breckenridge earlier this year.
Initially Roger spent an entire day with me visiting the various different locations we were interested in and his observations were very helpful in making our decision on which one to go for.
Roger then guided us throughout the entire process; from the moment of initial offer until the moment we closed. His experience and knowledge highlighted the potential pitfalls we might encounter and his guidance was essential and very much appreciated.
I cannot imagine anyone giving a higher level of service and/or advice and we will not hesitate to ask for Roger and Teresa's assistance in future if needed.

Sold a home in 2012.
We were referred to the Moens from our realtor in Longmont who was impressed with their business model and practices. Teresa and Roger were very informed and knowledgeable about the current real estate market in Breckenridge. They were both very quick to respond to any e-mail or phone call. They would advise without pressuring. Always pleasant and a joy to work with. If we have a need again for a realtor in Breckenridge, we would use their services.

Bought a home in 2012.
We did not know anything about the Breckenridge market when we started. Roger spent over a year patiently educating us and sending us information. We also looked at properties more than once. He spent an inordinate amount of time trying to understand what we wanted and matched that up to what ws available. We ended up buying a property that meets our needs and we are very happy to have. Roger and Teresa were also incredibly proactive and managed the close process for us since we are not local. I would highly recommend Roger and Teresa!

Longtime renters, first-time buyers in the Colorado ski resort market, we were pretty clueless about what was out there and what we wanted in a second home. Roger and Teresa spent almost 3 full days showing us properties and educating us about the market in Breck. They were patient, knowledgeable, great communicators. When we finally landed on a property we wanted, they were professional and timely in all offers back and forth, then extremely helpful through the entire inspection and financing processes. I feel very fortunate to have found them; they are consummate professionals. We closed a few weeks ago and could not be happier, both with our new home in Breck and our experience with the Moens. My advice to anyone looking for a realtor in Breckenridge- choose Roger and Teresa. You won't be sorry.

Bought a home in 2012.
Roger and Teresa helped us recently to purchase a house in Breckenridge. Roger helped educate us on the Breckenridge market. He made sure we were aware of all the possibilities before we limited ourselves to a location and a type of property. He worked very hard to show us every house that caught our attention. In addition to helping us find the right house, he also helped guide us through all the steps that lead to closing. I'm sure he's seen in his years of experience all the reasons that deals fall apart. He was constantly bringing to our attention every detail that we should know and reminding us of every task we needed to complete. Teresa was available to us but busy with clients of her own most of the time. Roger was great, and I keep telling him so.

Roger and Teresa came to us highly recommended and we were not disappointed. The marketing of our property was exceptional including professional photography, and a QR video worthy of an academy award. Teresa always answered our calls in a very timely manner. We were very pleased with the quick responses when we had a showing. They were most helpful in making suggestions that we feel contributed to the eventual sale of our home in a very challenging marketplace. We would not hesitate to recommend Teresa and Roger.

I would certainly recommend Teresa and Roger to any individual wishing to sell their property. I have no details as to the day-to-day efforts of this team but I was certainly satisfied with the results. I have no knowledge of their negotiating skills. I feel that is probably an unfair question to all, since I was not involved. I have no idea how to rate that question so I gave in adequate but emphasize I could well be in error and they may well have done a fantastic job in negotiations. However, I will say I did appreciate the updates sent to me after each showing with a pie chart and a description of the showing realtors thoughts.
