Closed refinance loan. Queen Creek, AZ
I had done 3 mortgages in my lifetime before this one with Mike. Mike explained
the yeild rate to me which I had never been told about in my previous 3
mortgages with other lenders. He let me pick the rate that benefitted me for the
amount of time I would pay the loan back in. Mike and Jean were truly great to work with and by far the best. From now on I would only recommend them.

Mike and his staff were very helpful and responsive. Just when we thought we were going to give up on our loan his encouragement and insight into todays loan difficulties kept us going.

I picked Mike's name off the Zillow site basically by random and am very impressed with my choice. He was prompt in replying to me and his follow through has been excellent and his office staff very reliable. The refinance procedure present-day is no longer a simple matter which makes it a burdensome process compared to even one year ago. Clearly Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable in their line of work. Mike was able to obtain an excellent rate with a very good lender and did this with me never having to leave my home which is in a different state. If rates ever go down again, I would use Mike's services again without hesitation.

I am a real estate agent and used Mike for my refinance. Being an agent I had a lot of sources I could have gone to. I actually never used Mike's services before my refinance. He will be on my list of referrals for my future clients. He and his staff were on top of their game, great communication and response time. He saved me alot of money, in fact the program I chose to refinance resulted in my coming to the table with "no closing" costs and I still got a great rate. If you decide to use Mike at United Mortgage, you will not be disappointed.

Best I have ever worked with. Got me a great refi on an investment property as he said he could at m,y first inquiry with him with no surprises or problems. His coworkers were on the job and exceptionally capable and timely and helpful. I am trying to get a refi on another property in a different state and really wish they were licensed there as I would use them.

Mike was very knowledgable and open with all the fees and rebates associated with the rates. I liked having all the information in front of me and being able to make the decision that's best for me. No one can touch his rates, either, he is typically 1/4% lower than anyone else. I tell everyone I know who's thinking about buying a house or refinancing to call Mike first.

Gave me a quote on Zillow, but it did not work out.
Moved very quickly to get the process rolling. Even though I haven't got the loan yet he and his associates are working hard to get it done.

Just completed a refi with Mike at United Mortgage. I had been working with a different broker, but happened to get a quote from Mike that couldn't be matched. Switched to Mike and it was very straight forward process. I locked the loan quickly with Mike (where the other lender was requiring more paperwork).
