Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Blue Ridge, GA.
I have been impressed with The Mountain Life team from the very beginning. I had two agents work very diligently showing us homes and land. I was greeted with a smile, returned phone calls and follow up. It ended with a purchase in land that my family has always dreamed of. Very happy with this company and would use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a home, or land.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Blairsville, GA.
When we were searching for property in the North Georgia mountains, we sought out Chad Lariscy to help us. We needed a realtor who was knowledgable of the area and could help direct us when purchasing our second home. Chad grew up and has lived in North Georgia most of his life and therefore, is very familiar with the entire area. He is a true professional, very accomodating, personable, easy to work with and wants nothing more than to help you find the perfect place. He also has a background in construction and is able to recognize quality and was such an asset to us in that regard.

Sold a home in 2012.
I have purchased 3 cabins, 1 lot and sold 2 cabins with Chad as my agent. I would not use anyone else in the Blue Ridge area. He has worked diligently to help me understand the area, local market and negotiate the sales and prices we needed. Chad has continued to be there and offer help well after the transactions your closed.

As my wife and I began our search for our dream home, we had no idea how lucky we were about to become. Chad Lariscy from The Mountain Life Team popped up on our computer screen and everything else fell into place.
