Did not respond to my inquiry in Cowan, Muncie, IN 47302.
Patrick was very unprofessional. He gave me one date and never came through with answers that I asked for. When I called him back he had none of my information that I sent him. He made me repeat myself several times and told me he never received any of my information. When I repeated my email address he stated "Oh yea I did get it look at that." Extremely poor business ethic's. If your someone like me and want your business to be respected I would look elsewhere.

I am sorry that I missed Richard's email and he did call me back and I acknowledged such. However, I will be a person of ethics in every situation. I will not be performing a CMA for his tax sale properties which I offered to do for him at no charge. (due to his review.) My goal is to always help others.

I'm currently working with the Orr selling team. Patrick is very honest and willing to help you find what your looking for. If in need I would strongly recommend the Orr selling team. Whats most impressive they are all family and support each other, as it should be.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Muncie, IN.
I have worked with Patrick Orr and the Orr selling team over the past 20 years. I have purchased three homes with their help. Most recently in May 2011, I purchased a home from Orr Selling Team after a divorce. The transaction was smooth and was the best experience I have had when dealing with the purchase of a home. Patrick is very knowledgable and understands the markets in the Muncie Indiana Area. After expressing my needs for a home, he found the exact home that I needed and transaction was completed and I moved to the new home within 25 days!!!! I would highly recommond the Orr Team to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home. Patrick has the highest integrity of anyone that I have ever interacted with in ANY industry!!! Patrick is #1 in my book!!!
