Stephanie is simply OUTSTANDING! My wife and I first met her when looking for a home in 2012, after our agent at the time didn’t seem to be making strong enough efforts. Sensing Stephanie might be a better agent, we asked for her help, and she very professionally told us she couldn’t deal with us while we had an existing agent. I solved that problem quickly. Then Stephanie proceeded to show us homes and ask questions to better understand our preferences. She had her pulse on a few homes coming on the market – one we particularly liked was a short-sale situation, with which we had no experience. Stephanie guided the way and especially helped in negotiating with seller and their bank. We wound up with a great deal on a beautiful home. But that’s not all, after doing minor remodeling and updating over two years, and being very content, another opportunity piqued our curiosity in 2014. We asked Stephanie to take a look with us. It turned out to be another short-sale, which didn’t hinder us since the first one went so smoothly. What a whirlwind the next four months would be as Stephanie guided us thru a very difficult and emotionally challenging process. The house needed many repairs and also seemed a little out of reach financially. Stephanie never tried to steer us in any direction, but logically and systematically presented all factors along the way. The first steps were figuring whether we could afford it, which would mean selling our current home and using those proceeds. Next, deciding on a bid price, suspecting there could be at least two other bidders. After our bid was picked, little did we know we’d be dealing with very unwilling and unresponsive sellers who continued battling their bank. There were many on-again-off-again moments and decisions, but Stephanie guided us thru them all. In what should go down in the annals as the supreme nail-biter of all house deals, with its numerous negotiations, multi-faceted financings, pin-point sale-purchase logistics, and even legal threats – we finally prevailed! And we owe it all to Stephanie. She masterfully orchestrated the whole thing! We honestly could never praise her enough for her performance, knowledge and skill. We would not be in this home, which we consider an absolute dream and savvy long-term investment, if it wasn’t for Stephanie. Her commitment to our success will never be forgotten!

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Novato, CA.

Buying a home can be one of the most stressful experiences you will go through, but having Stephanie on my side made it a breeze. I kept waiting for the sleepless nights that everyone kept telling me would happened but they never came! We met at one of her listings and she could see I was serious to buy but not interested in the current listing. She told me about a new listing in the same complex and had me go take a look on the spot. I am so glad she did, because I am now the very proud owner of that home. She took such good care of me, spelled it all out so I could understand the process and get to the next step with confidence. She is extremely knowledgeable as a realtor and the current market, as well as the bay area. These are extremely helpful when you are making one of the biggest decisions of your life.
