We had decided to sell our home and I went with a realtor who had been recommended to me. There was a lot of work that needed to be done to our home and I needed some help never having sold a home before.
Well, long story short and 9 months later I had actually met this realtor once and spoke with her maybe 3 times on the phone. There was no support and guidance and the painter she recommended did a terrible job and I was so exhausted and worn out from working on the house and stress that I was about to just give up.

John had been referred to me by the realtor that we were using in Savannah (Where we were moving to.) It's funny, that realtor called up north to the Keller Williams Flagship office and said he wanted to speak with the best realtor in Maryland and he was forwarded to John. Whoever did that referral was totally on the mark!
John and Pete came to my home one evening, spoke in depth with us about what they could do and the realities of our sale. They were very open and straight with us and only agreed to take our home on after I had formally ended it with the other realtor. I call that terrific personal and professional ethics and it showed me that I could trust them.
Moving forward, John and Pete took matters into their hands, got wonderful tradesmen to come in and paint and repair our home. They were there every step of the way and were always (and I can't stress this enough) ALWAYS available for us. They took what had been my nightmare and turned it into a process that I have to say, was very enjoyable.
Well a few short months later our home went on the market. John and Pete had done some pre-sale marketing and it worked! One weekend on the market and we received three offers, one being $10,000.00 over our asking price.
