Bought a home in 2012.
We got Judy's name from the Dave Ramsey website as we were moving from Georgia to Charlottesville and were not familiar with any realtors in Charlottesville. In the few days we had to look for homes, she listened to what we were looking for, was available when we needed her and was willing to spend the time with us to narrow down our search. After looking at several neighborhoods with her, we found our home. As we were looking for a newly built home, she was very knowledgeable about the builders in the area and what we should look for. Judy was very instrumental in helping us with the negotiations and all the details involved in a long distance move. We were well prepared for our closing. Since closing she has followed up several times to make sure the builder is following through on his obligations. We would highly recommend her as a realtor.…More Less

Judy Savage has been our Real Estate agent for every house we've bought since our first house in 1994. She has a very detailed knowledge of the local market and local neighborhoods. Judy was a fantastic realtor. She met with me immediately and got to work off the bat to sell my house. She clearly had a thorough knowledge of the local market. She listened to my specific situation and made recommendations. After making all the changes she suggested, I had 2 house showings the day after it was listed and had a contract offer within 3 days of listing. She helped me negotiate a selling price with which I was comfortable. She and her amazing team made the selling process easy and were in communication with me constantly.
