Sold a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $400K in Fishtown, Philadelphia, PA.

What a pleasure working with The Somers Team. We contacted them in January and Chris came to our home to give us current market updates and local comps. He knew we weren't immediately ready to list yet but stayed in touch with monthly check-ins and sending us which homes nearby sold. It was very appreciated and done in a non-pushy way, which made us happy to list with them in March. So happy we did as our home was under contract in less than a week. They really showed their 5 star abilities by maintaining flawless communication (my fiance was traveling and we had a dog, so we had to communicate on how exactly to schedule appraisal, inspections, etc) and providing a solid and dependable contractor to fix what was on disclosure form.
