We moved out of Philly 8 years ago but kept our primary home as rental. We decided to sell it after the city significantly increased the property tax. We first listed our house with an agent (recommended by a friend's friend) in October and it didn't go well. After the contract expired, we contacted Stephanie. She recommended a local contractor to make cosmetic repairs. An offer came in within a week and we settled on a price within our expectations after some negotiations. The house closed at the end of March. Believe it or not, we didn't meet Stephanie until at the closing! But we were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and skill. We would hire her again if we're ever going to sell our other house in Philly.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2015 for approximately $175K in Fishtown, Philadelphia, PA.

Our house listing was one of the lowest, if not the lowest priced listing in Northern Liberties. Having said that, the service that we received was as if it was one of the most expensive listings. Chris consistently returned texts, e-mails and voicemails promptly and efficiently regardless of the hour. Through their online platform we were constantly kept in the loop with showings, feedback from showings and other necessary administrative tasks. His advice was always on point, yet I never felt pressured into doing what he suggested. Our property was unoccupied at the time of sale, and even though the heat was on, had fears of a pipe freezing and voiding the sale. Living about 80 miles from the house meant a significant trip for me to check up and make sure that everything was ok. Chris sent someone from his office to make sure that everything was okay saved me an almost 4 hour round trip. If you are looking for a realtor in this area his team is without a doubt the best . . .
