    Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Sarasota, FL.
    I own a two story condo in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia where, thank goodness, Chris and Stephanie Somers ply their trade as Realtors. I no longer live in Philadelphia but decided to keep my condo as an income earning property. Not only did they handle the renting of it, but it was done within two weeks and the tenants they found are tenants from heaven! Chris and Stephanie understood that because I was living out of state, it was crucial that I have tenants who would be respectful, trustworthy and who would keep in touch with me if needed. Knowing the Somers as I do, I know that they use the same sensitivity and professionalism with every one for whom they work.More Less
