Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Sarasota, FL.
I own a two story condo in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia where, thank goodness, Chris and Stephanie Somers ply their trade as Realtors. I no longer live in Philadelphia but decided to keep my condo as an income earning property. Not only did they handle the renting of it, but it was done within two weeks and the tenants they found are tenants from heaven!
