I just sold a home in NoLibs that I was holding onto after moving to CA. I had rented it out for 5 years to excellent renters who were moving on so I thought it was time to put the home on the market and move on as well. Being in CA, my number one criteria was to find someone who was an expert in the local market and who could walk me through the selling process remotely. The Somers team was a no brainer. They are as local as you can ask for and they have a personal interest in the community. I worked with Chris in particular. Aside from the personal follow up communications, I appreciated the use of other digital tools to keep me posted on open house, appointments, and other essential tasks in the selling process. When posed with difficult questions / situations such as initial pricing, price changes, seller concessions I consistently pressed Chris for his take and expertise to help me make the most informed decision.
