Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Central City, Phoenix, AZ.
Gene and Ron were amazing to work with. Their knowledge of historic houses, downtown neighborhoods, and the current market, along with their patience and responsiveness to our own house requirements made us understand just how much help a realtor can give when buying a house. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Camelback East, Phoenix, AZ.
Gene and Ron helped me buy my first home (June 2012). They were incredibly professional, *highly* knowlegable, very not-pushy, very helpful, and very friendly as well. Three thumbs up and six stars (out of five) - they made buying my first home a very low-stress experience, and I ended up with a house that I am EXTREMELY happy with!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Encanto, Phoenix, AZ.
They were very detailed and thorough. They gave honest opinions about properties to ensure that I was purchasing a reliable home rather than making an easy sale. They were stern when it came to having repairs made by licensed contractors before papers were signed and even went to the property on a regular basis to make sure no shortcuts were beng taken.

I purchased in a downtown historic district and Gene Urban as a 'buyer agent' really kept me from overpaying.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in North Mountain, Phoenix, AZ.
We first dealt with the Urban team in 2006. They were the selling agents on a home we purchased, and were helpful even though they were representing the sellers.
We decided to use them as our agents for a purchase earlier this year and the decision was an excellent one.
We primarily dealt with Gene Urban as the home was near where he lived. Gene was extremely thoughtful and thorough every step of the way. We were purchasing a short sale and he was able to sniff out the "questionable" behavior that the listing agent and title company were running, and saved us thousands of dollars in the process. He has continued to be involved after the sale with matters involving the home, including recommending excellent contractors and helping us with home warranty service calls.
I highly recommend the Urban team.

Gene Urban and Ron Urban were -- 100% -- the best real estate agents we have ever...make that EVER...dealt with.
Total professionals. But I think the main "happy" part of the whole piece was that they -- both of them -- made you feel comfortable and calm. Buying a property can be a stressful experience, especially when you are from out of town. Gene and Ron made it just so easy.
Their Business Cards shows that they put YOU in their hands. They do. And those hands are good ones!

Sold a home in 2010.
I interviewed 4 realtors before listing my home. I chose Gene and Ron of The Urban Team as they are consummate professionals. Now that the sale of my home has concluded, I can't recommend them highly enough. They are high energy and did the footwork to price my home at the highest realistic price, gave guidance on how to show it in its best light, and took the time to answer my questions fully. Their marketing was superb -- 27 + high quality, artful photos as well as a top rate video on MLS and all the on-line real estate sites. And, the marketing didn't stop there. They paid attention to details in every aspect of the process. A difficult situation occurred in the sale of my home and they resolved it beautifully. I was so thankful that they were my realtors.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Chandler, AZ.
Ron Urban of the Urban Team is an incredible agent. He helped me find a great home. Ron was able to answer all of my questions and wouldn't let me settle on buying a home I may have eventually not liked. His no-nonsense and attention to detail helped me avoid the wrong homes. I will be using Ron to help sell my home when the time comes, and I would advise anyone in the Phoenix area to use the Urban team. Ron's knowledge, expertise & experience in the real estate industry was evident. I am thankful I had Ron on my side.
