Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in The Villages, FL.
As a licensed REALTOR myself I am more than confident in giving Debbie an outstanding rating. She is extremely knowledgable and represents you as a buyer.
We also worked with a sales rep from The Villages to see their listings, but were not comfortable negotiating a deal with someone representing the seller or the developer.
She connected us with ERA mortgage who was more than happy to provide VA financing which The Villages sales rep advised was not doable here even on an existing home. A roof issue came up during the inspection and Debbie was an expert at handling the negotiation of having the roof further inspected and arranging a complete replacment through Ownes Corning. Debbie is the real deal and you can remain 100% confident she is working for you and will negotiate the best terms for the purchase of your home.

Debbie is a gives a great name to realtors. Her knowledge and willingness to share her findings are quite valuable when looking in a place the buyer is not familiar with. She has an answer for every question. You will enjoy working with her and will feel well taken care of.

Debbie was wonderful to work with! She gave me all the trust and confidence that I needed. Sellling a home when your out of state can be stressful but her communication with me via e-mail and over the phone was wonderful! THANK YOU AGAIN DEBBIE!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in The Villages, FL.
We are adult out of town children who needed to sell our parents' villa in The Villages. Debbie was the right choice as she managed the process from preparing for showings to closing for us and kept us up to date. She offered wise advice and got the job done for us. We were lucky enough to find Debbie when looking at one of the properties posted on ERA Tom Grizzard's website. We selected a couple of houses we saw online and once she knew what we were looking for found a couple more excellent choices for us to view.
We cannot say enough about how knowledgeable Debbie was of the area, the builder, and "The Villages" culture in general. Her experience in real estate really helped us when preparing an offer, during negotiations, and even through closing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $325K in The Villages, FL.
Debbie was outstanding and found us the right house. Due to her ability we were able to close on the house early and move in sooner. There was a roof problem on this six year old house and thanks to her understanding of the problem and persistence we had a new roof install for free shortly after moving in. We highly recommend her and would use her again.

Outstanding. She showed us only the properties that met our criteria and knew exactly what we wanted in a house. She answered all our questions regarding the fees , bond cost if any and all pertinet questions regarding purchasing a home in The Villages.

We have just started the process of planning our retirement location and looking for a home. As a former realtor, I know what it takes to be a great agent. Debbie is a great agent! She is responsive to all communications, works in a price range that is right for her customer, and listens to their requests and desires. We live thousands of miles away, she sets aside plenty of time when we visit, and she is able to give us great advice as we prepare to purchase our home. I highly recommend Debbie, particularly if you are looking for a retirement home in The Villages or the adjoining communities or counties.
