Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Pompano Beach, FL.
I have never met a realtor with so much knowledge. In South Florida, agents come and go. Tom has been around for 26 years for a reason. He's an excellent realtor and he loves what he does. Tom helped me sell my 2/2 condo at a very tough time in the market. Within 30 days we had a buyer.
I interviewed other realtors, and Tom rose above them all because of his knowledge, experience and that he didn’t BS. You need to be able to trust your realtor and most of them are only in it for themselves.
Selling or buying a home is the single biggest purchase that most of us will ever have. Why would you not want the best realtor assisting you? There are a lot of decisions to make and ways to approach buying or selling. Tom has experienced them all. He knows all the tricks when it comes time to negotiate with your buyer or seller.
You should assume your buyer or seller will have a good realtor, so in your defense, you too need the best. And why not, all realtors make the same commission.
Do you want to hire a rooky or a seasoned veteran?
We needed to sell our home and Tom was there for us every step of the way.
He was very engaged in the entire process and everything went down smooth as silk. He stayed on top of the title company and all the players to make sure we were properly taken care of and that the home sold.
He knows his business and he didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, he told us what we needed to hear in order to make things happen and really appreciated that.
Also, everything we signed with him contract wise was honored perfectly just as he had told us upfront.
When it comes to getting your home, Tom is the guy…
New home owners doesn’t realized how important is finding the right home and then for the OFFER to get accepted, perhaps one of the most crucial steps in the whole process. Not only that you have to be happy with what you might get, but for the buyer to actually review and accept the offer you are putting in the property. People have to compete against each other, some buyers will put the whole money in front "CASH", and some others are willing to go over $10,000 or even more over the market price just to win the OFFER. Tom Fonseca will guide you through the process and will make recommendations in how to win the OFFER. I will recommend Tom to any future home owners!…
Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Tamarac, FL.
We are so excited to have Tom Fonseca as our agent. Anyone who has experienced the frustration of finding "that perfect home" of working with people who aren't honest and don't listen to your needs when you're looking for a home - then you meet John. John is the diamond in the rough! He was very receptive to helping us and always flexible with our schedule's. He was very nice and very patient. Most of all, he was honest and trustworthy.
He's cool, funny, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, accessible, and super helpful. And with that all said, We give him two thumbs up and would and will recommened him to others. Thanks again Fonseca's!!
Tom is an excellent realtor, he always responded quickly and after meeting with him for the first time he already knew exactly what I wanted considering I'm a VERY picky person!! After three years of trying to find a home to purchase & going through 5 different realtors I would HIGHLY recommend having Tom as your realtor!!!
I met my realtor online in August. He answered my questions and concerns about a few properties. Then I found my home in September on Zillow and we thought it was going to be a breeze because my financing was done. It really wasn't. After three attempts on the same property, Fannie Mae and Wells Fargo finally got it together and we closed on the property in January 2011.
Through my agents expertise and "OUR" diligent work on both our parts, I am officially a homeowner. New homeowners...it takes work on both the agent and buyers part.
Tom was great with the negotiations, knowledge of the do's and don't, and even though the process was long and drawn out in parts because it was a foreclosure...his 20+ years in the business helped out.
Granted, I was the only person that has ever had a deal on the same place three times and had to close on the property twice. But WE DID IT!!! Many great thanks.
We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Coral Springs, FL
Not very patient or understanding. We had forgotten the baby bag home, so as we were early, we thought we could make it to he baby store for diapers but we were running late. At the appointment time we called to let him know we were a few minutes behind and he advised in not a very pleasant tone that he had a tight day so we explained what happened. The store was packed and we got back 20 mins late. We got the diapers and without even changing the baby rushed over, as we were pulling up on the property we received a call from him saying that he had left. At least he could have called us when he was leaving so we would not rushed as we do understand that it would make him late for his other appointments. I do not treat people that impersonally, so for for me it was not a good experience. He did do a lot of marketing follow up in the beginning though, which was what attracted us.
Tom Fonseca was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. He was patient, professional and persistant with other realtors in order to make a deal happen. Tom responded immediately to me when I called. He was always available to show us a house we had an interest in. He also took the time to understand our needs, finances, school zones and house preferences before we got started in the selection process. You will certainly be happy with your decision to use Tom as your realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Davie, FL.
I recently purchased and closed on my very first home on 5/24/2013 with the help of Mike and Vivian Zeoli. They really helped me with understanding each step of the home buying process and did not rush me. I was very privilege to have a realtor who took time to learn exactly what I wanted and needed in a home. An added bonus to the Zeoli team is that they have a long list of highly recommended experts (home inspectors, title/closing agent, lawyers, pest control, etc.,) to help with the process.
