Theresa Johnson's goal is to exceed her clients' expectations. During the course of handling my short sale, she did exactly that! Theresa is a rare professional whose exhaustive and intimate knowledge of her field, combined with her good nature and truly human touch, made the entire experience a complete success - and surprisingly quick and easy for me. I highly recommend Theresa!!
Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Indian Shores, FL.
In the past I have bought and sold several homes. I used Theresa on my latest purchase and she is by far the best realtor I have ever encountered. She was always very responsive, a great negotiator on or behalf, and her knowledge of the entire process was outstanding. These days, the mortgage process can be very difficult and I can not begin to describe how helpful she was in getting our deal done. I will exclusively utilize Theresa's services for any future realtor needs in the area, and I will recommend her as highly and as often as possible. I seriously doubt that our purchase could have been completed without her.

Thanks Greg. You and your family were great to work with! I wish we didn't have so many issues with the mortgage but am thrilled that you are so pleased with my services as well as your new home!
We rented an apartment from Theresa Johnson at 2727 49th street south in Gulfport,FL. From day one there was nothing but problems. The roof had damage which caused leaks in the ceiling so we had water dipping into our apartment every time it rained. The day we moved in we noticed that the windows must have been sealed as you could see they had been broken before and the four side pieces looked like they were from the original window and the middle piece was sealed into to the side pieces. The water leaking into our apartment was never fixed in the 6 months we lived in the apartment. The water was shut off for non payment at a least twice which payment of water bill is directly the responsibility of the landlord. It was shut off for a day or two at time before being restored. Her only response was that she would forget to pay the bill. The plumbing was bad and our toilet would back up into our apartment as the neighbors had a child in the downstairs apartment who kept flushing toys. There were large cracks in the ceiling due to water damage.
The back porch to the house felt like it was going to cave in. The laundry room door would get shut by the wind and there was no way to open it from the inside. From day one the house smelled of mold. Anytime you called Theresa it said you would get a return call within 24 hours which never happened. We would have to call repeatedly to get her to answer and when she did there was always a promise that things would be fixed that never happened. We found out later she had no hired repair person to fix things so she blew off calls from tenants .The front door to the house became jammed at one point and couldn't be opened and it was pouring down rain and we couldn't get inside. We called her repeatedly with no answer for an hour while standing in the rain. She never did call me back and the upstairs neighbor finally heard me banging and had to remove the door so that we could get back inside as we had no key given to us for the back door. Theresa finally returned the call 5 days later and asked if we had gotten inside. Theresa may be a great realtor but she sucks as a landlady.
Re:The response from Theresa is very funny since we always paid our rent on time,we never played loud music or made a lot of noise ,and followed the rules .When the toilet had problems she ask us to leave one time she snacked it only to find a small sting that looked like the thing you might pull off a tee shirt if sting was hanging loose it like the think of that come off a stool of thread if you cut off a small piece and claimed it was backing up the toilet then began attacking us saying we must have put it there purpose only because the toilet wasn't working and we called her repeatedly and forced her to come on Sunday at 8 at night which we began calling her at 5 at night and when she came she was pissed off that she had to come over. And began blaming us from the start that we must done something to cause it.A few weeks later there another problems with the toilets and a spoon was found in the downstairs neighbors toilet .The was a women and her teenage son living in the apartment and the women expressed that her teenage son was to old to be flushing spoons. But she failed to mention is that her boyfriend had two year daughter who was often staying in the apartment and she often her told us the child was flushing things down the toilet .And before Theresa tells she didn't didn't know she was there we called her a few times and told her the child was staying in the apartment and was screaming at all hours of the day and night.
As the for the door jamming yes she knew it was jammed in the message I left I expressed to her that the door was jammed and I couldn't get in I never said anything about loosing a key.As for the window one them acutely broke due to that the window was blowing so hard when Debby came through we were in the other room and the window just broke sending glass flying why because it been broken before and sealed back together. It took two weeks for her to even come over to look at the window then she remove it and we had to put card board in it and two and half months later she brought the window back and this time the glass was new.As for the leaks the roof was bad which is why the ceiling was leaking in the first place and she was told if she didn't fix the roof the leaks would keep happening. As for the back porch we told her serval times when you step on it you felt like you were going to fall through it and she never responded to the messages .She only fixed long after we left As for the water it was shut off a lot longer then two hours as it took four hours to get a hold of her the water was usually be shut off early in the morning .It doesn't take one forget for the water to be shut off the company sends out notices and a date when the water will be shut off.The day we gave her back the keys she re listed the apartment for 50 more a mouth the

I see you have edited your initial review and added to your list of bogus complaints with your new response. I gave you over 2 months notice to move so I don't understand why you're still so angry. I refuse to keep going back and forth with you to defend myself against your lies. The fact that my score is still so high speaks for itself. Best of luck, I hope you're having better luck with your new place.
Theresa was extremely helpful in purchasing our first property. The fact that we were from out of state made the process more managable. She was always able to assist in finding local contractors for inspections or services and able to assist with all association questions and/or issues.
We would definitely recommend and work with Theresa again.
This agent is great. She was able to walk me and my husband through the process and was always on our side. She didn't just want to make the sale she wanted to put us in the right home. We looked at a lot of homes (over 50...personally visited 20 or so). Theresa was more than willing to show us more homes and was always honest about each home. We have been here almost a year and I am as happy today with the house as I was the day we purchased it. Theresa is always very prompt with call backs and even was willing to help after the sale. If you are buying or selling your home call Theresa. I know we will do business with her in the future when it is time to move. :)
Theresa Johnson is the only person I will deal with she is by far the best she works with you and for you we are working on a few homes now and I hope soon I will have my new home and it will only be due to all her hard work

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $50K in Greater Woodlawn, Saint Petersburg, FL.
I was looking at homes on a Saturday. I called many agents that day. She was the only agent to call me back. I'm very grateful she did. She spent a lot of time with me searching many neighborhoods and homes. I'm very happy with my new home and I couldn't be happier with the job she did for me.
