Theresa helped us both buy and sell homes in the Washington, D.C. area, and it was a great experience. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made us feel like we were her only client, even though I am sure she had many others. Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $375K in Woodley Park, Washington, DC.
We met Theresa by following up on a request to visit a property that was posted on Zillow. She was willing to meet with us on a weekend (the first of many!) and could tell right away that we were first time buyers, so kindly walked us through the numerous daunting processes that we were about to go through. Theresa was always available to show us new properties, including those that she instinctively knew would not meet our criteria, but that she knew we would have to see for ourselves in order to get a better idea of what was on the market. When we did find our current home, Theresa met personally with the seller's agent and was extremely proactive in making sure that we had the best representation possible. We love our new place!
