On the status area in my quote section. I see one of my quotes stating that "Contact made". I have not received any emails or phone calls. Is this a change the borrower can make? or is this auto?

Zillow, if there a way I can email you the whole conversation and the GFE so I can get pne of my comments removed. Either way I don't mind, but I dont appericate someone calling me a liar, when I send her a GFE with title&escrow fees. Which on your site it clearly states there are other fees.

yea, I wish there was a better way for them to track fake reviews. She emailed me twice and then gave me a rating of 1.0.

Here are her response to my email.Her:My loan amount was NOT $160,000! Can you read? How much money did your GFE show me getting back? Can you read? Me:hence the word estimates. the GFE showed you getting back that much money because no debt was entered. I didn't expect much since an address was so hard to come by.I'm over it, in my industry I learn to react and adjust.and yes I can read, was that a snipe at me being Asian or the blonde hair? Her:The loan was for $180,000 NOT $160,000! You would think you could get the most BASIC facts right! You are lucky Zillow is not working correctly because I went back and ammended my review of you for the worse. Unfortunately it does not show and now gives you a better rating. You have some nerve insinuating that I am unintelligent when you cannot even spell. You must have made thhe first review yourself because it could not possibly be referring to you. I read your idiotic rant and it shows your complete lack of education. I will be taking this up with DRE. Do not respond back or I will surely escalate this further.
