I recently closed on a refinance with Theresa / Compass Lending. I hadn't refinanced a loan before, and Theresa very patiently answered my (many) questions when we began the process. She was very helpful in explaining everything each step of the way.

It took much longer than expected, but I believe the delays were due to issues that were out of her control.
