Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $775K in Almaden Valley, San Jose, CA.Summary:
We owned a home in Almaden Valley, but lived out of the area. The home had been a rental for a few years and we were looking for an agent that would help us to ready the house for sale, as well as sell the property for us. We knew several real agents, but also decided to interview Therese (someone we didn't know), because of her successful sales track record and knowledge of the Almaden Valley market. We chose Therese over her competition because of her obvious preparation for the interview, various marketing strategies that she would be employing and her willingness to work with us in getting things done efficiently.
Therese provided us with recommendations and cost estimates for work that should be done on the home prior to sale. Julie, who works with Therese, suggested color schemes and various updated appliances and fixtures. We received pictures for approval and Julie oversaw the entire remodeling process. She was simply amazing!
We received an offer on the first day that the home was on the market. That fell through. However, we received a second offer a few days thereafter. That offer resulted in the eventual sale and close of escrow a month later. Our questions during the sales process were answered by Therese in a timely manner and we felt that our concerns and issues were considered and properly addressed.
We really could not have asked for more from a real estate sales team! Therese, Julie, Tina (Therese's assistant) and Heather (escrow agent) were fantastic to work with! Each did their job efficiently and effectively. We felt very fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with them!…More Less

She did an excellent job and worked with us to quickly get the house listed, staged, and have our first Open House in an unbelievably short time period. She held an Open House every weekend, created a beautiful brochure that depicted the true beauty and features of the property, created a virtual tour and a video that properly and expertly marketed our home to the right buyers. She was on top of every small detail and kept us up to date throughout the entire process.
