Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Modesto, CA.
My Wife and I met Tom Pohlman through Zillow when we were searching for a rental property in the Elk Grove area. Tom was extremely responsive, showed us many houses and found us a great house. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone in search of a house in the Sacramento area. .

Bought a home in 2013.
My wife and I wanted to buy a home in Roseville, CA. After doing some research on agents in the area we decided to give Tom a call. He had excellent reviews and was very knowledgeable on the area where we wanted to buy. We immediately knew from our first phone conversation with Tom that we had made the right choice. Tom is very personable, and knows how to compete in this very competitive real estate market. We know for a fact that we would not be in our new house without Tom. He was able to get our offer verbally excepted before the seller's had their open house. Tom worked very hard and had our best interest during the whole short sell process. We highly recommend Tom Pohlman.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Sacramento, CA.
Tom helped us find the very best home for our budget in spite of the low inventory in the market.Tom was very prompt in his responses whenever we reached out to him with questions on the listings and he quickly got all the information needed for us to make our decisions further.
I highly recommend him and have recommended him to my friends who plan on investing in real estate in Sacremento area.

Showed home in 2012 in Citrus Heights, CA.
I'm so glad I found Tom to represent me in my home purchase. I'm fascinated and entertained by the strategy of the negotiation process. Having been a retail buyer I definitely appreciate the value of negotiation. I know I keep saying 'thanks' but I don't know how else to express my appreciation for your knowledge & support. Cheers!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Roseville, CA.
I would recommend Tom Pohlman to anyone who is looking for a home.
I found Tom on the internet and decided to give him a try as I was getting nowhere with the realtor I was using. I lived a 2 hour trip away and needed someone who could help me not make unnecessary trips. Tom was that person hands down! Tom found the perfect home for me and in my price range. He was always available to me and did a fantastic job getting all the work done in a timely manner. I have been in my home for 1 year now and Tom is still available to me whenever I have a question or favor to ask.

If you want a real estate agent that will be a pleasure to work with, go with Tom.
He is knowledgeable, resourceful, prompt, and honest. We've had some unpleasant experiences with "pushy" realtors in the past and I am very delighted to say that Tom worked at our pace. Tom is a genuinely nice person who will work very hard to help you buy/sell your home. He considers your finances when negotiating and will get you the best deal possible.
We purchased our home in rural Lincoln, which wasn't Tom's usual area of expertise; however, he became an expert very quickly. He helped us figure out well/septic issues, gave us proper contact information and provided any extra information he researched. He made the process so much easier and stress free.
My husband and I are very easy going, but have high expectations and we couldn't have been happier with the end result.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Fair Oaks, CA.
I highly recommend Tom Pohlman as the ultimate real estate professional. In our search for a new home in the Folsom area, Tom has worked diligently to help us find a place that met our specific requirements, including a home with a difficult to find space to accommodate our large RV. Tom researched this problem, and was able to find a good number of homes in the area that might meet our list of needs. During the many visits that followed, he did not hesitate to point out potential problems with every home we viewed, as well as showing the positives. After our first choice, a short sale home, did not work out because of issues with the seller, Tom worked even harder to locate other alternatives. When we found another home we truly loved, he guided us through all the ups and downs of the short sale process, always providing invaluable advice and reassurance, until the sale was finally concluded. Tom always proved to be very knowledgeable about the local market, processes, and legal technicalities. He is always available and responds quickly to every call and question, and also worked well with the seller and his agent. Because we do not live in the area, Tom always made a special effort to coordinate inspections and other matters so that we could be present if required. Paperwork processing was always handled in a smooth and professional manner. Working with Tom and Keller Williams has been a pleasure. Thank you, Tom!

Tom Pohlman is an exceptional real estate agent. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, responsive.
We called him many times from early morning to late evening to look at short sales that fit our budget. After a few weeks, when others may have given up, Tom was still there with us looking. We put an offer on a home when we were initially looking and after 4 weeks we were ready to give up, but Tom wouldn't let us and assured us we would get it. We did.
When we are ready for our next real estate purchase, Tom will be the person we will turn to.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Rocklin, CA.
When we started the journey to our new home, we knew nothing about the process. I saw Tom's listing and read a few reviews, and then trusted my gut and gave him a call. For over a month Tom gave me a lot of advice, most importantly, that it would be better to rent an apartment and not get into a long lease with a house because, "You'd hate to be stuck in a 12 month lease when your dream house pops up on the market." He also took time to educate me about the process--all without promise of a return since we hadn't even signed with him yet!
Tom is incredibly professional, easily available and through his friendliness and time, he makes you feel like you are his only client. He’s very responsive and replies to calls/email/text in a timely manner, even during off hours.
The market in Rocklin is crazy with minimum time to look at houses before they are off the market. With our limited knowledge, we could have been looking for a long time, but Tom knows his job and he does it well. Our dream house did pop up on the market when we didn’t expect it to and luckily we took Tom’s advice and were only in a 4 month lease.
We owe him a debt of gratitude. I know, without doubt, that if it weren't for him and all his hard work/great advice, we never would have got this house. It's that simple. There were multiple offers, the selling agent was difficult to work with and Tom knew exactly how to handle it so we were able to get the home of our dreams. We will be eternally grateful and will always recommend him to all. (We already have)

Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I spent approxiamately 4 weeks with another agent driving from property to property; we probably saw well over a dozen homes in this time but with no success to relocating to the Sacramento County area.
Our timeline to relocate was short and needed a house by June.
We read Tom Pohlman's reviews and decided to contact him. I was surprised he answered the call and we were able to schedule a meeting - that Saturday.
On Saturday we spent about an hour getting educated about the current real estate market and getting to know each other. We spent the next 2 hours looking at homes on-line that were available. We had several homes lined up to view on Sunday; by the end of the week we signed an offer to the home. Tom worked diligently with the Seller's agent to have the offer accepted and we are scheduled to have our keys to the house by April 30, 2012.
Tom has been professional, informative, very responsive to our needs and is a great asset to have on our side (buyer's agent). Thank you Tom for a job well done!
