Unfortunately, my partner and I would not recommend them. We felt very much alone. It felt like pulling teeth to get responses from the staff. Our painter refused to paint the walls the color they recommended, after painting large patches on 5 walls, because it looked so bad. We never did get help with another upgrade item that we asked about. They said they did not believe in staging which we believe hurt us. Their proofreading skills are not very good and they never did fix one of the incorrect items that we found on Zillow and asked them to correct. They tried to give us just some of the pages of the inspection report instead of the entire document. We simply could not understand having to beg for the full document. At least that is what it felt like. Their price recommendation was off and their strategy of reducing it repeatedly was not impressive. Find someone else who will respond to your questions and help you get your house ready.

After a thorough review of your files, you are absolutely correct regarding our ASID stager’s color suggestion, we did have to correct a spelling error, we were unable to make certain corrections on Zillow when your house sold a year ago as Zillow did not provide a method to do so, we normally provide Seller’s inspection report summaries and when you requested the entire report, we provided it within the hour. As to the price and the staging, it is our belief that it is our Seller’s home and while we provide comparables, price and the added cost of staging was your decision. Your home sold for the highest price the market would bring after several reductions you agreed to in an effort to find the correct price.
