Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $750K in Madison Valley, Seattle, WA.
Michael and his team helped my husband and I navigate an incredibly challenging market for a first-time home buyer. We worked with him for over a year, on 6 different offers (the 6th one was the charm!), and felt that his commitment to helping us find and win the right house never wavered. Through it all, we relied on his excellent advice, especially during some very tricky negotiation scenarios, and felt that the advice he gave us was exactly what he would tell a friend or family member. In short, he and his team are excellent. If you are looking for an honest, incredibly helpful real estate team to help you buy or sell a property in the Seattle area, you cannot go wrong with Thrive Seattle!
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $500K in North Beach, Seattle, WA.
Michael and his team provided us expert analysis and guidance while we searched for and fought for homes under very difficult market condition in the 2014 housing market. Michael and his team were responsive, detail oriented, and brought years of experience from the perspective of a buyer and a seller. Michael skillfully managed to bring us back to sound objective decision making skills in what can be an often emotionally influenced process. I felt that we had competitive advantage on the rest of the market based on the team that we had working for us. On top of that the folks in Michael's team were just all around good people who were genuinely interested in us finding a home that would help us live a happy life here in Seattle.
Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Belltown, Seattle, WA.
My husband and I used Michael's services to sell our condo in Belltown, where there is a lot of inventory. Michael was very professional, responsive, and always willing to help out and answer any questions. The process of selling was relatively easy and quick but he was still very attentive to detail. He also recommended a staging consultant who provided some great suggestions to make our place show ready. We got an offer within 2 weeks of listing! Michael is very experienced with negotiation and strategy, so when the first buyer backed out of the contract, he used his resources to get another offer within hours! I highly recommend Michael Doyle.

Michael helped us identify our real needs and assisted us to find the right property in a very competitive buyers market. Great local knowledge and network so we were always aware of market trends and new inventory. He is very patient and never pressured us to make hasty decisions. During the offer and closing process, Michael was very supportive and always available for questions and advice.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $850K in Magnolia, Seattle, WA.
We got our dream house! In a tough buyer's market of very low inventory that went very fast, Michael helped us win a bidding war by pulling everything together for us on short notice and really working the human angle. Michael's a guy we trust and highly recommend whether as a buyer or a seller. He goes the extra mile to be there, keep it fun, and help you make a good decision.
In a sea of Seattle real estate agents, Michael Doyle stands above as one of the very finest. Smart, thoughtful, and responsive Michael gives his clients an advantage in every transaction. I have known Michael for many years and he’s handled both selling and buying for me. Most recently my family was moving back from Europe and needed to find a new house. Not only did Michael help us find a great house in our favorite neighborhood but he negotiated an excellent price in a tight market. Whether you are buying for the first time or an experienced buyer, Michael is the right choice for a smart purchase.
Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Ballard, Seattle, WA.
I was first introduced to Michael through a friend of mine a few years ago. While my interaction with him was brief I was struck by his positive attitude and tenacity. (We were at a recreational sporting event and he wasn’t trying to drum up business, that was just a glimpse of his genuine character.) A year passed and I came to realize that we had even more friends in common. When it came time for us to refinance our home I got in touch with him to ask for a few pointers. He went above and beyond in helping us with our refinance and even came to our house to be an advocate while the appraiser inspected our home. He has been an incredible asset for us. I whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for real estate agent who will work in his or her best interest. (In the time it took for our refinance to process and close, he put another friend’s home on the market and sold it.)
As a first time homebuyer, I can't compare my experience with Michael Doyle to any previous transactions. I do know value and customer service and got both in his services. I'm a very busy person, in town 2 or 3 days a week on average (or less) and I didn't really know the process or what I was getting into. Michael was helpful, available, and extremely competent throughout each step of the process. My perpetually evolving requests and concerns were handled with care and concern, and I felt Michael was an asset throughout the entire home purchase process; most tangibly so when a) teaching me b) working with lenders c) negotiating price and terms and d) at the table during signing/closing process. Ultimately, I got exactly what I was looking for, at a fair price, and under stringent timelines and conditions. My experience with Michael was extremely positive and I would recommend his services as a real estate agent with hesitation.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Greenwood, Seattle, WA.
To have Michael as our guide in the daunting arena of the Seattle Real Estate Market was an honor and a pleasure. Not only did his patience, professionalism and marketing campaign gain us a remarkably fast home sale, it also gained us a sale price beyond our wildest expectations. This wasn't market luck, but a strong master plan created by Michael from the start of our relationship. I look forward to doing it all over again in the future.
Showed home in 2007 in Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043.
My husband and I worked with Michael when we were looking to buy in the Seattle area. He came highly recommended from two friends who had purchased a home with him. Michael was incredibly helpful about both the properties we were looking at as well as helping us determine what was important to us when we looked at our options. We made an offer, went through some negotiations, however, we decided not to go ahead with our purchase. During the entire process Michael was such a resource to us, and provided completely unbiased opinions about our options and never made us feel bad that we decided not to buy a house at that time. Since that time, I have reached out to Michael more than once to help us navigate our move to another city - he was knowledgeable about the new area and helped us to weigh out the pros and cons of buying versus renting in the new city. He will continue to be our go-to resource even after leaving Seattle, because I know I can get great advice and I will continue to reccommend him to anyone looking to buy or just to talk about buying in Washington.
