This home is currently active in the MLS #98376900 it is a bank owned home. The tax records show Washington Federal Savings as the current owner.  The listing and the tax records indicate that the home is New-Never Occupied and has never been sold. The home was originally listed back on 3/8/06 at $489,900 and is now listed at $310,000. 

I have a client who's home were are getting ready to list and they like the arial photo on Zillow.  Is it possible to get/use arial photos of a home from Zillow for marketing material we are creating?  If so, how do we get the digital photo?

The address on this home is wrong it should be 10772 W Capella St How do I make the change?
